How to Send Your Letter to She Lettered

Send your school letter and other chenille patches to She Lettered in a padded envelope. If you have any special instructions, include them at that time.

Typical Turnaround Time

The usual turnaround time for a She Lettered sweater is two to three weeks (plus shipping time) from the receipt of the order.

Cancellation or Change Policy

Orders can be cancelled for 48 hours from time of order placement. Please take the time to carefully inspect your order before placing it. To make changes, you must notify us within 48 hours of order placement. After this time period, we cannot guarantee that your order can be changed.

Return Policy

She Lettered only accepts returns if the sweater is damaged upon receipt or if the order has not been personalized correctly, according to the original order. We cannot accept returns based on size or color discrepancies. We will not accept a returned order that has been washed or worn. Do not send orders back without proper authorization. She Lettered sweaters should be dry cleaned only. We do not accept responsibility for any order that has been hand- or machine-washed.
